Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Future Gen Automations (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and the client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) regarding the use of our automation, lead generation, and advertising management services.

By signing a contract, service agreement, invoice, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services Provided

We offer the following services:

  • Lead Generation:
    Delivering 10–15 qualified leads based on agreed targeting criteria.

  • Custom Automations:
    Building and configuring automation workflows to the Client’s stated preferences.

  • Ad Management: Provide advertising campaign management services. The Client agrees to pay a fixed monthly management fee, exclusive of any advertising spend paid directly to the advertising platforms.

    Qualified Leads Definition:
    A qualified lead is defined as a person or business who:

  • Meets the targeting criteria mutually agreed upon with the Client (e.g., service area, type of service requested, budget range).

  • Can be contacted via a publicly available messaging method such as email, phone, Facebook, Yelp, Nextdoor, or other agreed-upon platforms.

Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate business information, branding, and access to necessary accounts (e.g., CRM, ad platforms).

  • Timely communication and approvals to ensure proper service delivery.

  • Compliance with all applicable laws, including data protection and advertising guidelines.

Billing & Payment

Automation & Lead Generation Projects: Payment is due upfront unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Ad Management: Ad management services are billed on a monthly basis at the agreed rate, based on the service agreement and invoice shared with the Client. All ad management fees are non-refundable. If agreed results are not achieved within the specified timeframe, the Company will continue to provide services at no additional cost until the agreed results are delivered.

    Refunds apply only to the following:

    • If we do not deliver at least 10–15 qualified leads (for lead generation contracts), or

    • If the automation is not delivered in working order as per the Client’s documented preferences.

    In these cases, the Client is entitled to a full refund of service fees paid. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the contract end date.

Term & Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until project completion or termination by either party with written notice.

  • Either party may terminate if the other party materially breaches this Agreement.

  • Upon termination, any work completed up to that date remains billable unless covered under the Refund Guarantee.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

We cannot guarantee specific sales, revenue, or profit outcomes, only the delivery of contracted leads or automation setup.

  • In no event shall our liability exceed the total fees paid by the Client under this Agreement.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of California, United States.

Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the full agreement between Company and Client, superseding all prior discussions or understandings.

By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
